When working with my best clients, I take the time to foster a relationship based on mutual respect, which ultimately leads to a process that yields the best available talent based on their criteria. I challenge myself to deliver the type of talent to my clients that make immediate impacts to their bottom line.
When working with candidates, I take a personal approach to each individual case, as making a career change is a huge step in any person’s life. I work in a consultative manner to ensure that he/she is making the best move for their career path and enjoy helping them get to the next level in that path.
I work specifically with Emerging Technology companies that typically range in revenue from $5M to $500M. Our fulfillments come in the areas of Sales, Sales Management, Sales Engineering, Professional Services and Support, Marketing and C-Level appointments. We have a global reach and have recently placed professionals in the US, Canada, Latin and South America, Asia and Europe.
