In the Community

Westport One and their associates are actively involved in a variety of charitable organizations.

Through our "Westport One Cares Casual Thursdays" program, Westport One designates one to two charities as the recipients of the funds raised throughout the quarter.  Since its' inception in 2012, Westport One has donated over $17,000 to the chosen charities.

As individuals and as a company, Westport One supports the following charities both financially and through direct assistance:

MRINetwork Charitable Foundation
Started in 2008, the Charitable Foundation raised money for St. Jude Children's Hospital through a networking golf event and auction with all proceeds going to the charity. In 2017 alone, the MRINetwork family came through as a community and raised $40,000 for St. Jude Children's Hospital. It was a true team effort with our Network offices, Corporate, our vendors and our friends and family working together with a single purpose, to help the children.  In 2018, the MRINetwork Charitable Foundation began supporting Shriners Children's Hospital.

National Brain Tumor Society Race for Hope

Nearly 700,000 Americans are living with a brain tumor. And, many more will be diagnosed each year. Brain tumors are deadly, and can strike men, women, and children at any time. All funds raised allow the National Brain Tumor Society to advance strategic research and public policy to improve the availability of new and better treatments, and fuel the discovery of a cure.
