Client Services Associate

Our client is a highly distinguished trust company with over $22.0 billion in assets under management. They provide Fee-based advisory services and excellent client service, evidenced by their client retention and team approach. They are part of a leading global financial institution sharing a commitment to outstanding client service and investment excellence.


They are looking for a Client Services Associate to:

* execute the more complex transactions required to support the high net worth client portfolios

* execute on securities pricing and capital calls

* complete securities processing for purchases and redemptions

* supervise all aspects of gifting (cash, in-kind, gift letters)

* opening of personal accounts, ongoing account administration

* manage clients’ quarterly tax payments and annual IRA contributions/RMDs

* provide administrative support (answer telephones, prepare correspondence, maintain files)


The desired candidate will possess:

* Bachelor’s degree or 4-5 years’ experience in trust and account administration and/or investments

* experience in personal tax, financial planning or investment management

* strong client service orientation

* knowledge of TrustDesk and ORS systems
