Key requirements

  • Proven track history of compensation work preferably in a global environment
  • Evidence of delivery of compensation projects
  • Experience of share compensation
  • Exposure to salary surveys, Hay evaluation methodology


Amongst the major projects that this role will lead or support are:

  • Implementation of a global stock bonus program for the top 400 executives in the business
  • Implementation of a global job grading / mapping project
  • Introduction of an online pay review module for the US management and population
  • Granting of our first cycle of performance related stock awards
  • Payment of our global annual short-term incentive plan
