Customer Service / Sales


The Customer Service Representative reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing. The position is responsible for insuring customer orders, sales inquiries and requests are properly managed and responded to.   The role is crucial in building relationships with both external and internal customers while helping to support our field salespeople.


Main Responsibilities

  • Build relationship with customers (internal and external)
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Initiate new opportunities and qualify leads
  • Support field sales
  • Act as a liaison between customers and sales department
  • Review quotes and technical requests
  • Assist in bottom up forecasting and predictability models
  • Send samples to customers
  • Coordinate pricing strategies
  • ERP System
  • Create revenue reports through ERP System
  • Enter customer orders
  • Track credits and be the first line of communication for quality issues
  • Outbound calls to coordinate with our supply chain departments in Madison and Findlay for product stock and availability
  • Develop strategic customer plans with sales and VP Sales & Marketing.
  • Position to assist East Coast territory, SE Asia and Latin America
  • Cover both Graphic Arts and Wrought products lines.
