Responsibilities:

Vital role in Service Desk performance. Must be able to consistently deliver quality Customer Support through providing a single point of contact for internal and external end-users. Central duties include providing solutions; advice, working with the team, troubleshooting specific conditions and recruiting additional IT help as the situation dictates.
